Highly Functional Engineered Plastic Products
We provide continuous support from material design to product design, prototype, and mass production, and contribute to energy conservation and being carbon neutral.
Various expertise accumulated over more than 40 years in the seal ring business for transmission is utilized for our highly functional engineered plastic products. We develop new engineered plastic products that meet our customers' expectations, and make full use of our core technologies ; material design, product design, injection molding, evaluation and analysis.
Compact actuators
We are developing compact actuators as an engineering plastic gear application product. By applying high-strength resin materials and utilizing CAE to reduce root stress, we have achieved a smaller gear module. Compared to commercial products, it has reduced the actuator's volume by approximately 30%. By miniaturizing the actuator, installation in compact spaces is possible. We will design and propose to achieve the reduction ratio and output characteristics that meet your requirements.
EMI shield resin cases
We are developing EMI shield cases that are capable of shielding electromagnetic waves. EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference)is the phenomenon that electromagnetic waves generated by electronic devices affect the operation of nearby other electronic equipment. Modern electrified vehicles utilize various electronic devices and systems, so making EMI countermeasures are increasingly important. Typically, resin cases cannot suppress EMI, so the following countermeasures are applied. We will select resin or metal types and propose to meet your requirements.

Large resin cases
We are developing large resin cases aimed at replacing aluminum die-cast cases with resin cases. The aluminum plate insert resin case is a composite case that addresses the weaknesses of resin cases: case strength, EMI suppression, and heat dissipation performance. The inverter components for electric vehicles are complex-shaped parts that bring out the excellent moldability of resin materials, and they are heat dissipation countermeasure components that combine various elemental technologies. We have introduced an injection molding machine of 600-ton class mold clamping force for development use and are now advancing the development of large resin cases.
