Noise Countermeasure Products
We support the solution of electromagnetic noise issues in evolving electronic devices with our original products.
We have developed electromagnetic noise countermeasure products by applying electromagnetic wave control technology cultivated through our anechoic chamber business. We offer “noise suppression cores” for conducted noise and “electromagnetic noise countermeasure sheets” for radiated noise. Each product is designed with the trend toward miniaturization and higher frequencies in electronic devices. We support the solution of electromagnetic noise issues across diverse fields, including automobiles advancing toward electrification, digitization, and autonomous driving, as well as increasingly sophisticated information and communication devices.
Noise suppression cores
We offer clamp nano crystal cores using high-permeability nano-crystalline alloy and clamp ferrite cores using special ferrite material. In particular, the use of nano-crystalline alloy in clamp cores is the world's first attempt. All products offer performance equivalent to or exceeding that of other manufacturers' clamp ferrite cores while achieving a smaller size, which should alleviate concerns about securing installation space for noise countermeasure cores. Additionally, the specifications are designed to meet the use environments of automotive equipment requiring high heat resistance.

Electromagnetic noise countermeasure sheets
We offer electromagnetic noise countermeasure sheets according to the electromagnetic environments. We have developed noise suppression sheets effective in the MHz to GHz band for near-field, as well as radio wave absorbing sheets effective in the sub-millimeter wave to millimeter wave band (20 to 90 GHz) for far-field. Additionally, we are developing thermal conductive sheets incorporating noise suppression functionality to address the growing demand for thermal countermeasure solutions in recent years. Through original material design, the base material is optimized to be high noise suppression performance while meeting the requirements of reliability for the on-vehicle environment. Our products are used not only in automotive equipment but also in a wide range of consumer appliances.
